W′ balance
A workout and the W′ it leaves, second by second.
From the Engineering page on ramtt.com
- Below CP the store refills with the Skiba differential, w = W′ − expended · e^(−1/tau), where tau is 546 · e^(−0.01 · (CP − P)) + 316 seconds.
- Three corrections from 2026 are layered on: tau is scaled by LT1 as a fraction of CP when an LT1 estimate exists, 35 % of the drain is forgiven just over CP and none at 120 W over, and tau slows by 6 % for each bout that took 15 % of W′, up to 50 %.
- With generic tau the note says so, because it is the weakest input.
