The bar stands upright at the left edge. Wordmark, menu and buttons are set vertically and read from the bottom up, as on the spine of a book.

  • WhyIt frees the whole top for content and gives the brand the spine of a book as identity. Few software brands do it.
  • RiskVertical text is slower to read. It is a deliberate choice to be different, and it needs a horizontal variant on a phone.
  • Techniquewriting-mode: vertical-rl and rotate: 180deg. The attention model works along the vertical axis.
