Why the numbers have a source

Placeholder text. When a page says something about training or nutrition, the source stands in the margin beside the sentence.1 The reader can see it without leaving the text.

Each note has author, year and journal, and a link to the article when it is freely available.2 Notes that describe a model link to the page The science.

Where the literature disagrees, the note says so. Where a number is an estimate, the note says how uncertain it is.3
