Navigation system: Grid

Every element has its own column of the twelve on the page: the wordmark, the path of the current page, five menu items and one action. The lower edge is a scale that lifts under the pointer, and a needle shows how far you have read. Run the pointer along the scale, hold it over Developers, or type dev.

  • WhyThe bar promises that the rest of the site is built with care, because it is measured out itself. The path replaces both the breadcrumb and the title.
  • Suited toDeveloper tools, infrastructure and anything that is about numbers.
