Ask the chart (P3)
A CSV file becomes a set of fields, and a sentence becomes a chart.
Reading the file
The page finds the separator from the first line: a comma, a semicolon or a tab. The page reads each column: when nine of ten values are dates, the column becomes the time axis; when nine of ten are numbers, it becomes a measure; any other column becomes a group. Danish dates such as 01.02.2026 and decimal commas are read too.
From a sentence to a chart
The chart core's grammar describes each field once, with its name and its words. It stems the words of the sentence, forgives typos with trigrams and edit distance, and fills the parts of a chart: the mark, the axes, the aggregate, the color and the split. It returns a confidence and the words it did not understand, and a table under the chart shows how the sentence was read.
The sample
The sample is every commit behind the portfolio, one row per day and repository.
