Booking (P9)
Treatments, free times, a booking with a confirmation email and a calendar file, and the owner's week.
Free times
The server works out the free times in Copenhagen time from the opening hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, in steps of 15 minutes, and leaves out times that overlap a booking or start within the next hour. A summer date and a winter date both start at 08:00.
Booking
A booking is checked against the free times again when it arrives, so two people who choose the same time get one booking and one message to choose again. The visitor gets a reference and a link with a random token, and only that link can cancel the booking.
The confirmation is an HTML email of 600 pixels with a text version and a calendar file. With a Resend key and a sender address set on the server it is sent; without them it waits in the outbox, where it can be read.
The owner's week
The owner sees each booking on its day in the design system's week grid, with the number of bookings and the hours booked.
