Docs and assistant (P11)

These pages, an assistant that answers from them, and a list of the questions they do not answer.

Answers

With an Anthropic API key set on the server, the assistant sends every page of the documentation to Claude Opus 5.5 with the question, and streams the answer back. The documentation is cached with prompt caching, so a second question costs less. Without a key, the assistant answers with the sections that match the question best, found by BM25 search.

Sources

Every answer lists the sections it was taken from, and each links to its place in the documentation.

Questions the documentation does not answer

A question counts as not answered when Claude says the documentation does not cover it, or, without a key, when no section matches it well. The page Gaps lists these questions with how often they were asked, so the documentation can be written where it is missing.
