30 products you can use

Each one is a small working version of a product, such as a booking page, a CRM, a password vault, a shared editor or a club site with payments. Open one to use it in your browser. The medium and large prototypes run on a Cloudflare Worker, which stores only the data each product needs.

30 prototypes
Encrypted messagesP1Sealed · MessagingTwo devices exchange messages through a server that cannot read them. Each person can compare a safety number to confirm who they are writing to, and a message that was changed on the way is rejected. Signed documentsP2Signet · DocumentsYou sign a file with a key created in your browser. If someone changes the file, the check fails and shows which lines changed. Ask the chartP3Plotline · DataYou upload a CSV file and describe a chart in a sentence, and the prototype draws the chart from your data. Encrypted formP4Nordlys Fysioterapi · FormsA form encrypts each answer in the browser before it is sent, so only the receiving clinic can read it. The server stores the encrypted answers and cannot open them. Passkey sign-inP5Keyhole · Sign-inYou sign in with a passkey instead of a password, and the same passkey decrypts a note stored on the server. Client portalP6Nordlys Advokater · PortalAn adviser shares encrypted documents with a client and can remove the client’s access again. After that, a key the client saved no longer opens the documents. Whistleblower channelP7Nordlys ApS Speak Up · ReportingAn employee files an anonymous report, and a case handler replies in an encrypted conversation. The reporter returns to the conversation with a receipt code instead of an account. Offline inspectionsP8Fieldcheck · Field workAn inspector fills in a checklist with photos without a network. When the connection is back, each field syncs on its own, so two devices can edit the same inspection. BookingP9Nordlys Fysioterapi · BookingA visitor books a free time in Copenhagen time, and the same time cannot be booked twice. Both get an email with a calendar file, and the owner sees the week in a calendar. Document generatorP10Quoteworks · DocumentsYou fill in a form, and the browser creates the quote as a PDF with your typeface embedded and as a Word file. Docs and assistantP11Prototype docs · Docs and AIThe documentation of these prototypes, with an AI assistant that answers from its pages and links to them. Questions it cannot answer from the pages are listed for the author. CRM on the deviceP12Ledger · CRMContacts and deals are stored on each person’s laptop and synced across the team. When two people edit the same deal offline, both changes are kept, and a real conflict shows both values. A list of 10,000 contacts scrolls without delay, and every action has a keyboard shortcut. Team vaultP13Strongroom · SecurityA team shares passwords and keys that are encrypted in the browser. When someone leaves, the team gets a new key. A new device is added with a code and a row of digits that both screens show, and a lost device is replaced with a recovery code of 12 words. Editor for twoP14Duet · WritingTwo people write in one document at the same time and see each other’s cursor. The server only passes on encrypted changes. Edits made offline are merged when the connection is back, and any earlier version can be viewed and restored. Club platformP15Nordhavn Running Club · Members and paymentsMembers sign in with passkeys, and the server checks each member’s role on every request. Events have a limited number of places and a waiting list, and a place is confirmed when Stripe reports the payment. Portfolio siteP16Malte Therkildsen · WebsiteThe site presents the work. Every number on it links to the command that counted it, and the build stops if a number has no command. Each page loads one stylesheet and one script, and it is tested for accessibility and load time. Ordering for a caféP17Havnekaffe · Ordering and paymentsA guest scans a code on the table and orders, and the order appears on the kitchen’s screen in under a second. The server calculates the price from its own menu, a double tap creates one order, and the order is marked paid when Stripe confirms the payment. Stock scannerP18Tally · WarehouseA phone scans barcodes with its camera and finds each item among 10,000 without a network. A count made offline is stored with the time it was made, so the report compares it with the stock at that time. Admin from a spreadsheetP19Tabula · Data and adminYou upload CSV and Excel files, and the browser detects the type of each column and the links between the sheets. Three people work in the result with different permissions that the server enforces. If two people change the same cell, the second person sees the first person’s value. A search across 1,000,000 rows returns in milliseconds. Invoices read by AIP20Voucher · Documents and AIYou upload an invoice as a PDF, a scan, a phone photo or an e-invoice, and two AI models find the amounts, dates and account numbers on it. A field is approved automatically only when both models agree and the totals and check digits add up; every other field is shown to a person. Approved invoices are sent on in the European e-invoice format, and each approval improves the next reading from the same supplier. Course playerP21Lectern · LearningA learner joins with a passkey, reads four lessons and takes a quiz after each one, graded on the server. The certificate is a signed PDF, and anyone can verify the signature on a check page. ConnectionsP22Switchboard · IntegrationsWebhooks from four tools are verified with each tool’s own signature and stored once. A failed delivery is retried with a longer pause each time, each delivery is applied once, and the log shows every attempt. Zibaldone writingP23Zibaldone · WritingA docs program on Zibaldone’s editor. Each document is encrypted in the browser and shared through a relay, and two people write in it at once. Comments are anchored to their words, and suggestions wait for someone to accept or reject them. The / menu offers 26 blocks, among them diagrams, formulas, files, columns and collapsible sections, and a bar comes over selected words. Right-click opens a menu made for what is under the pointer, and spelling runs in English or Danish in a worker. The text can be set in six typefaces, and a paste from Google Docs or Word keeps its headings, lists and tables. It has find and replace, an outline, a word count with a goal, full-screen writing and a command palette. Named versions are compared word by word, and the document exports to PDF, EPUB, DOCX, Markdown, HTML and text. Zibaldone planP24Zibaldone · PlanningZibaldone’s plan model as a board, a list, a month and a timeline of the same tasks. Quick add reads dates, priorities, lists, labels and repeats from one line in English or Danish. Two people move cards and edit tasks at once, and a change to one field never overwrites another person’s change to a different field. Zibaldone notesP25Zibaldone · KnowledgeNotes with links, searched with Zibaldone’s index. Related notes come from an engine that runs on the device in a Web Worker and finds notes about the same topic even when they use different words. A graph shows every note and link, a command palette opens any note, and every note exports as markdown in one zip. Zibaldone chatP26Zibaldone · MessagingA chat for a workspace: channels, direct messages and threads in one document encrypted in the browser, with the key in the link. Each device signs every message, edit and reaction. A message signed with another key than the sender used before is struck through with a warning, and two people compare a 60-digit safety number. Messages can point at a paragraph of the brief or a task in the plan, and the chat has reactions, search, pins, drafts, scheduled messages, read receipts and disappearing messages. As WhatsApp: voice messages held to record with their real waveform, photo albums, link previews read by the sender, a document from Writing as a live card, swipes on a phone, and a removed member left behind with a new key. Zibaldone workspaceP27Zibaldone · WorkspaceThe writing, the plan, the notes and the chat of P23 to P26 in one window, opened with one link and no account. A paragraph opens a discussion in the chat or becomes a task in the plan, a task goes back to its document, and a note opens a discussion. WhiteboardP28Easel · CanvasTwo people draw on one infinite board at once and see each other’s pointer. The board has sticky notes, shapes, frames, text, a pen and arrows that stay attached to the shapes they connect. Shapes snap to each other, undo takes back only your own changes, and the board exports as SVG or PNG. It draws 10,000 shapes and stays smooth while you pan and zoom. Distributed databaseP29Quorum · DatabaseFive servers keep one copy of the data together and agree on every change, so the data survives when a server loses power or the network splits. You can cut a server’s power, split the network and watch the servers elect a new leader, while a checker proves after every change that no client ever read wrong data. A fuzzer runs thousands of such runs and shows where a flawed version breaks. Layout engineP30Galley · EngineA layout engine written from nothing that reads HTML and CSS and draws the page on a canvas: blocks, margins, floats, inline text, tables, flexbox, grid and positioning. Chromium draws the same page beside it, and every box and every line is compared. It also sets paragraphs the way TeX does, with hyphenation and the line breaks that keep the spacing even.
